How fast do you ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days. Transit is typically 3–5 business days in the U.S.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start fulfillment as soon as the order comes in. If you need a change, contact us within 1 hour of ordering; we’ll do our best. Once an order leaves our facility, we can’t modify it.
Where is my tracking number?
We email tracking as soon as your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check spam or track by order number + email on our Track Order page.
My tracking hasn’t updated, normal?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan. If it’s stuck longer than 3 days, message us and we’ll investigate.
Package says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors and common areas first. If still missing after 24 hours, contact support. We’ll help locate or replace.
Are sale items final?
Fire Sale/Clearance items are final sale unless defective.
How long do refunds take?
Once received and inspected, refunds usually appear in 3–7 business days (bank dependent).
What’s your guarantee?
We offer a 30-Day Fit Guarantee: easy exchanges or store credit for unworn opr unused items. Quality issue? You’re covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee, we’ll refund or replace fast.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay / Link, and (where available) Klarna/Afterpay and Cash App Pay.
When am I charged?
At checkout. For split-pay options, the provider manages your schedule.
Is checkout secure?

How do bundles work?
Bundles are pre-built sets with automatic savings. Add the bundle to cart to see the discount applied.
Can bundle discounts stack with coupons?
Usually no; bundles already include the best price. Fire Sale items don’t stack.
Are bundle or Fire Sale items returnable?
Bundles follow the Fit Guarantee (exchanges/credit); Fire Sale is final unless defective.
Can I add a gift note or hide prices?
Add a note at checkout; gift receipts exclude prices.
